Plain terms for a study app. The parts that matter most are the two the law and the stores both care about: this is not a government service, and nothing in it is professional advice.

Officers Time is an independent educational app for competitive-examination preparation. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a publication of the Government of India, any State Government, the Union Public Service Commission, any Public Service Commission, or any other government body.
We do not provide or facilitate any government service, we accept no application or fee on behalf of any recruiting body, and we charge nothing for any government process. Every application is made on the recruiting body's own website.
The statute library, the Rule Director and the Desk are study material. They are not legal advice, and no reading of them creates a lawyer–client or adviser relationship. Verify every section, rule, citation and date against the bare act published on indiacode.nic.in and against current government orders before you act on any of it.
The Desk, the Rule Director and the daily general-studies set are generated by an AI model. Generated text can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken about something that matters. Treat every answer as a starting point to be checked, never as an authority, and tell us at connect@akshaykotish.com if the app produces something inaccurate or objectionable.
Notifications are collected automatically each day from the recruiting bodies' own websites and from Employment News, and the post, closing date and official link are extracted by software. Nothing is listed without a link to the official notification.
Because collection is automatic, the list may be incomplete, delayed or out of date. The recruiting body's own website is always the authority, and you should confirm every detail there — eligibility, fees, dates — before you apply. We are not responsible for an opportunity missed because an entry was late, wrong or absent.
The app is free to read and is paid for by advertising. An optional yearly enrolment turns advertising off. It is sold only through the App Store or the Play Store, and payment is taken by the store — we never see your card.
The enrolment renews automatically each year at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and you cancel it in your own store account settings, not in the app. Refunds are handled by the store under that store's policy, not by us.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own study. You may not resell it, republish its content as your own, attempt to extract its content in bulk, or use it to build a competing product. The app's text, drills and design remain ours; the statutes it quotes are public documents of the Government of India and are reproduced as such.
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, or that every fact in it is accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including an examination missed, an application not made, or a decision taken on something you read here without checking it at the source.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We may change these terms; the effective date above will change with them, and continued use after that is acceptance. You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app — see Deleting your data. We may suspend access for misuse of the kind described in clause 7.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kaithal, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
